We rebuild what you can't buy.
Missing drawings, source code or discontinued (end-of-life) circuit boards? We recreate both advanced electronics (4ā6 layer PCBs & proprietary bus protocols) and mechanical parts (optical 3D scanning & parametric CAD / code-CAD) ā from a single broken original to complete drop-in solutions that can be made in series.
From broken original to modern drop-in unit
We combine signal analysis, schematic reconstruction and parametric 3D mechanics. We do the design ourselves; the circuit boards are made and assembled by established factories.
3D scanning & signal analysis
We scan the physical geometry with micrometre precision and measure existing circuit boards, pinouts and bus protocols with a logic analyser and oscilloscope.
PCB reconstruction & BOM clean-up
Discontinued (end-of-life) chips are replaced with modern parts you can buy today. We draw new 2ā6 layer boards in KiCad with controlled impedance and 0 DRC errors.
Parametric CAD & code-CAD
We build fully editable solid models (.STEP / SolidWorks / Python `build123d`) made for manufacturing, with reinforced weak points and integrated M2āM8 threaded inserts.
Manufacturing & test
We 3D print carbon-fibre parts (PAHT-CF), order assembled boards from the factory, flash the firmware and deliver a tested drop-in part with all production files.
Files, formats & production data
You own the result outright. We deliver industry-standard files, ready for your PLM/ERP system, a contract manufacturer (EMS) or CNC machining.
Real problems. Finished solutions.
From discontinued control boards in industrial machines and 5K eDP display conversions to classic hi-fi electronics and high-load motorsport brackets. We take you from broken original to finished hardware.
