Engineering and manufacturing
The part is no longer sold. We make a new one.
Discontinued circuit boards, broken plastic parts and machine parts without drawings. We measure, draw, design and manufacture.
Functional parts in carbon-fibre reinforced plastic
PAHT-CF (carbon-fibre reinforced polyamide), PPA-CF, PET-CF and ASA, with heat-set M2–M8 threaded inserts. Industrial CoreXY fleet with enclosed, heated chambers.
A drawing from a broken original
3D scanning and measurement to parametric CAD (STEP). Bus and protocol decoding with a logic analyser: 8080 parallel, I²S, eDP, CAN and MELBUS.
Circuit boards and firmware
2–6 layer circuit boards in KiCad with DRC checks, fabrication files and a parts list for machine assembly. Firmware for RP2350, STM32 and ESP32.

SlimDock for iMac
Turns a retired iMac 27" 5K or 21.5" 4K into a standalone display with USB-C and DisplayPort. Carrier board and angled I/O board, prototype in testing.

Who is behind it

Over 15 years in systems architecture, data pipelines and embedded software, with hands-on experience in KiCad board design, composite moulding and 3D printing. We are not the fastest and not the most expensive, but we are definitely the best.
