We treat your personal data and CAD files with absolute confidentiality. Here is a brief explanation of how we handle your data.
1. Personal Data We Collect
Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any drawings/CAD files you upload through our forms.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to calculate quotes, communicate about projects, and deliver ordered components or IT services (Performance of Contract / B2B Legitimate Interest).
3. CAD Confidentiality
All uploaded CAD files and drawings are treated as strictly confidential information and are never shared with third parties.
Store payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which processes card details and billing address to complete the purchase. We never see the card number. Receipts and invoices are kept for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.
The website and anything you send through its forms are stored with Cloudflare (in the EU where possible), and our replies are sent from our Google Workspace account. Uploaded CAD files are deleted automatically after 60 days.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request a registry extract or have your personal data and files deleted from our systems at any time.
5. Cookies
We do not use third-party cookies for tracking or marketing purposes.
